These Terms govern access to the SRI ANJANA SCHOOL website, ERP, portals, forms, and official communication services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Authorised use
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use only accounts and records they are authorised to access, and notify the School of suspected misuse. Parents and guardians are responsible for submissions made for students under their authority.
School and communication services
The services support admissions, academics, attendance, fees, examinations, notices, support, and related administration. WhatsApp messages are sent from the School’s official number subject to recorded consent, applicable Meta/WhatsApp rules, approved templates, and service-window restrictions. Delivery timing and availability can depend on third-party networks.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operation, extract data without permission, bypass security controls, or use the services for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
Fees and third-party services
School fees and refunds are governed by the applicable admission, fee, and School policies. Payment gateways, Meta/WhatsApp, and other third parties operate under their own terms. The School is not responsible for outages or actions solely controlled by those providers.
Content and intellectual property
Website design, School materials, marks, and content are owned by or licensed to the School unless stated otherwise. Users may use supplied materials only for authorised personal, educational, or administrative purposes.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep services accurate and available but may perform maintenance, correct errors, suspend misuse, or change features. To the extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for indirect loss caused by unauthorised use, third-party failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, with disputes subject to the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
